Our beef is a cross between Jersey and Limousin breeds.   Jersey is a dairy breed with very flavorful meat and limousine is a highly regarded beef breed.

Beef can be purchased and processed using a Missouri Custom processor or using a USDA inspected processor.  More info on each can be found using these links:
